    关于员工忠诚度

        通过“自发努力”可以实现更高的生产率,而“自发努力”来自敬业的员工。不能理解这点或不能为此有所作为的管理者。最优秀的市场营销专业人士了解其顾客青睐哪些领域。多数公司了解自己当前和未来的客户,而管理者也必须了解其当前和未来的员工。在提高员工敬业度方面,没有可以轻松照搬过来的“最佳实践”。员工有不同的动机和兴趣,因此需要对他们加以有区别的管理。一些人非常关心员工队伍中形成的社会关系,其他人希望尽量多挣工资,同时拥有尽可能多的灵活性,并承担尽量少的责任。一些员工对风险感兴趣。即便员工获得了充分认可,努力工作也获得了回报,但一些更大的问题使他们仍然无法完全投入:缺乏严格的绩效管理。当员工认为管理者无法适当处理业绩不好的员工,并公然表现对少数员工的偏袒时,你就不要指望他们培养任何有意义的敬业精神。
